Submission Guidelines

Manuscript Preparation

Authors should prepare their manuscripts according to the following guidelines:

General Requirements

  • Manuscripts should be written in clear, concise English.
  • Use a standard font (Times New Roman, 12 pt) with 1.5 line spacing.
  • Pages should be numbered consecutively.
  • Manuscripts should typically be between 6,000-10,000 words for research articles.

Manuscript Structure

Research articles should include the following sections:

  1. Title Page: Include article title, author names, affiliations, corresponding author contact details.
  2. Abstract: A concise summary of 250-300 words describing the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions.
  3. Keywords: 3-6 keywords for indexing purposes.
  4. Introduction: Background, literature review, and objectives of the study.
  5. Methodology/Computational Details: Detailed description of computational methods and parameters.
  6. Results and Discussion: Presentation and interpretation of findings.
  7. Conclusions: Summary of key findings and their implications.
  8. Acknowledgments: Funding sources and other acknowledgments.
  9. References: Complete list of cited works.

Figures and Tables

  • Figures should be high resolution (minimum 300 dpi for photographs, 600 dpi for line art).
  • Tables should be editable (not images) and clearly formatted.
  • All figures and tables must be cited in the text.
  • Captions should be clear and informative.

References

Use the following citation format:

  • Journal articles: Author(s), Title, Journal Name, Volume (Year) Pages. DOI
  • Books: Author(s), Book Title, Publisher, City, Year.
  • Book chapters: Author(s), Chapter Title, in: Editor(s), Book Title, Publisher, City, Year, Pages.

  • Microsoft Word (.docx, .doc)
  • PDF (.pdf)
  • Plain Text (.txt)

Submission Process

  1. Prepare your manuscript according to the guidelines above.
  2. Complete the online submission form.
  3. Upload your manuscript file.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email with your submission reference number.
  5. Track your submission status through the editorial process.
